These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the PWR Hour website located at itspwrhour.com (the “Site”), operated by PWR Hour, a business based in Alberta, Canada. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these terms.
The Site is a coming-soon page for PWR Hour, a designer pickleball bag brand. It currently allows visitors to join a waitlist for early access to our first product drop. No purchases can be made through the Site at this time.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site or any part of it at any time without notice.
By submitting your email address through our waitlist form, you agree to receive marketing communications from PWR Hour about our products and launches. You may unsubscribe at any time. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee early access, a specific price, or product availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PWR Hour and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or the Site will not exceed CAD $100.

Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.
